The festivities are almost over, along with the year, and we’re all looking back over 2011, getting ready to look forward to what 2012 will bring.  As usual, I didn’t complete anywhere near what I wanted to do this Christmas in terms of crafty projects.  I have, however, achieved something more important – I have relaxed and enjoyed.  So, I’m not going to beat myself up for not sharing more here on my blog this December, I just hope you all had as nice and relaxing a Christmas as we did here!

I do love looking back at the year and sharing my personal favourite creations.  So, like my lovely friend Kim Dellow, I’m here to share my favourite makes from 2011.  Click the links above each pic to check out the original posts and get product details if you want them, and click on the photos to see a larger version.

One of the most gorgeous stamps added to my collection in 2011.  I absolutely adore Carmen Medlin’s stamps from SCACD, and this is a particular favourite.  I was particularly pleased with how this card turned out as I coloured the image with Distress Inks rather than my usual alcohol based markers!
