As I mentioned in my recent TGF Baby Cards & Custom Tape post, I love the various clear stamp sets available at the moment, and the variety of possibilities for using the stamps to create both involved, detailed cards and also quick, easy cards.

Some of my favourite sets come from the Some Odd Girl Stamps range.  It’s no secret that I love the style of Kristy’s images, and the sets she puts together are so much fun.

Under the Sea Mae is a recent favourite set of mine – gorgeous mermaid and adorable animals.  Perfect!  I also love Beach Day Buddies, and so I decided to mix and match to create some fun cards.

Super cute, no?  And a great way to use up some of those scraps of paper!

I love the way that you can use clear sentiments, gently shaping them on your acrylic block so that they follow a curve.

I coloured all images with ShinHan Touch Twin Markers on Make it Colour Blending Card (stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black ink).
