There’s another fab challenge going on at Touch Twin Markers & More Challenges at the moment.  We want to see some beach themed projects where you have used a colourless blender pen in some way!

Since I just got some of the fantastic stamps from Impression Obsession in stock over at Quixotic Paperie, I couldn’t resist stamping one up for this challenge.  So perfect, and it was a breeze to colour!  Love the detail on these images – stamp in your usual black or dark brown ink and you can colour very quickly as all the shading detail is there already.  OR if you fancy a bit more of a challenge, you could go for the No Lines technique and stamp in a light ink so you can build up the detail using your markers/pencils/etc – I did this last year with one of the Halloween stamps.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Make it Colour Blending Card and coloured with ShinHan Touch Twin Markers.  I layered with a scrap of Graphic 45 paper and Kraft cardstock.

I used the colourless blender pen to help create the texture on the sand.

In other news, make sure you hop on over to the Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps blog and check out the new release previews.  I’ll be back tomorrow with a sneak peek of one of the new Annie Rodrigue stamps that are being released.
