Time for Bellariffic Friday!  I am getting quite concerned about the speed with which seem to be hurtling toward Christmas.  There aren’t many Fridays left!  I can’t believe a whole week has passed since my last post…I’ve got some serious catching up to do.

Still, with today’s card I’ve ticked another off the Christmas list, so I’m not doing badly.  Fingers crossed I will avoid the usual last minute December 23rd rush to finish family cards!

As you will see, my obsession with cropping Uptown Girls (the stamps are also available in the UK at Quixotic Paperie) has moved to another level…

LOL! Yep, I cropped poor Quinn and just used her legs on this card.  I just love her awkward pose and those boots (I have a bit of a boot obsession personally).

Look at those stamps in a different way – although the Uptown Girls are beautiful large stamps, which I love to colour in their full glory, I also love finding different ways to use them.  That’s the fun of stamping!

I stamped Quinn with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Make it Colour Blending Card (now back in stock at QP!) and coloured with ShinHan Touch Twin Markers.  The falling snow was added to the sky using a white acrylic pen. I cut the sentiment out and layered using Spellbinders Heart shaped dies.

NEXT WEEK’S CHALLENGE: Simply – follow the sketch below. Email your entries to Emily at Stamping Bella by Thursday 15th November to be in with a chance of winning some Bella Bucks.
