I will be sharing a post on Sunday looking back at some of my favourite cards of 2012 – it’s a little exercise I do enjoy, I just haven’t been particularly motivated thanks to this monster of a cold that just will not go away!
In the meantime, I have my first card of 2013 to share. Em at Stamping Bella is releasing some gorgeous new Uptown Girls stamps today. Perfect way to kick off the crafty year.
You will notice that my card is pretty clean and simple, even moreso than usual. I’ll be chatting about this in another post, but you will be seeing a lot of “clean and simple” in my cardmaking this year as it fits perfectly with my current mindset.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Make it Colour Blending Card and coloured with ShinHan Touch Twin Markers. I layered with plain coloured cardstock and accented with just three little gems.
