Stamping Bella I’ll Always Have Your Back Stuffies Card:

Stamping Bella - I'll Always Have Your Back Stuffies -

The image on today’s card  – I’ll Always Have Your Back Stuffies – was coloured quite some time ago! It was actually supposed to be the coloured image for the Stamping Bella website/product packaging, but I got a little carried away while colouring and added the whole background in before I realised what I was doing! So this image has been sitting in a drawer (along with a huge pile of others) since September/October last year!

You can see a little study on Copic Marker Greys featuring this stamp over on the Stamping Bella blog as part of my Marker Geek Monday series. You can see that post here: Marker Geek Monday Copic Marker Greys. It’s a pretty useful post if you’ve been wondering about all the different shades of grey in the Copic range, and how you might use them.

I stamped the image with Memento Tuxedo Black ink on Make it Colour Blending Card (my favourite for colouring with Copic and other alcohol based markers) before colouring with Copic Markers.

The sentiment I used actually comes with the Stamping Bella Mail Chick rubber stamp. The I’ll Always Have your Back Stuffies stamp comes with a sentiment that reads “I’ll always have your back”.

The patterned papers I used come from a digital paper pack (sorry, I can’t remember which) printed on cardstock using my CANON Pixma iP7250 printer *.

I used a mix of dies from the Lawn Fawn Stitched Rectangles sets and Lawn Fawn Stitched Circles sets.

I create my own card blanks using a Fiskars High Precision Personal Paper Trimmer *, a Martha Stewart Scoring Board * and bone folder * (I don’t like the plastic scoring tools, I use a bone folder and have had mine for several years).

Copic Marker Colouring Videos:

You can find a number of videos showing how I colour over on my Marker Geek Youtube Channel. All my Stamping Bella related videos can be found in a Stamping Bella Video Playlist.

Copic Marker Colour Palette / Copic Colour Maps:

If you purchase stamps from Stamping Bella, you will be able to obtain a free Copic Colour Map showing the colours used on the product images seen on the packaging and website. See HERE for details.
