Stamping Bella Holiday 2017 Release

There are some amazing images in this new release. I know – I say it every time, but it’s also true every time, so what can I do?!

The stamps and coordinating dies will all be available to order as of Tuesday 10th October 2017 at Stamping Bella.

UK/Europe based readers: lovely Tracy at Dies to Die For will have the release on order so make sure you stalk her for them!

NOTE: as with previous releases, I have filmed the colouring process for each new stamp set. This time however, I’m going to upload the videos on a one or two per day basis, so you can enjoy each one and not be overwhelmed by content! Make sure you don’t miss any by subscribing to my channel!

Winter Backdrop:

Firstly I’d like to show you one of the awesome new backdrops. These are so useful, perfect to go with the Littles, Little Bits and lots of other character and critter images.

I’ll share the card I created with this one on another day this week, as it includes a number of stamps that are being previewed later in the week. How’s that for suspense? *grin*

Skating Rink Backdrop & Various Little Bits:

My first card for today features another gorgeous new backdrop stamp – Skating Rink Backdrop – plus some new Littles Bits sets that are just perfect to put with it to create fun scenes.

Supplies: Make it Colour Blending Card, Copic Markers*, Sakura White Gel Pen*, Silver Glitter Cardstock*, old Magnolia Stamps 12×12 designer paper

Totally adorable, right? The stamp sets featured are: Little Bits Figure Skaters, a set which comes with the skating girl I used on this card, plus her male counterpart; Little Bits Skating Quartet, a set which includes the three skating animals I used, plus one more and the North Pole sign and a gift stamp. The furry little spectator Mr Raccoon comes in another Little Bits set which will be previewed later this week (he also appears in a couple of the Littles ready made scene stamps in this release). The sentiment comes in the new Holiday Sentiments set.

Skating Quartet:

I decided to use the Little Bits Skating Quartet stamps again to create a simple card.

As with yesterday’s Polar Bear & Mousie Stuffies card I created the background using Distress Oxide inks* on Strathmore Bristol Smooth Surface* paper, which I then spritzed with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist* in Iridescent Gold, giving the beautiful shimmery finish you can see a little better in the second photo. When dry I stamped the snowflakes using Delicata White Shimmer pigment ink*. The snowflake stamps come in a new stamp set which you will see in full on another day this week!

Little Bits Winter Tree & Deer Ball:

As soon as I saw this stamp set I knew what I wanted to do with “Deer Ball”. I mean…he was just begging for it!

Yep, spinner card! This one was actually a nightmare to take a good photo of. The colours are a little off, but hey-ho.

Littles Mister Raccoon & The Winter Tree:

I didn’t manage to get a card made with this stamp in time for the peeks, but I have one planned, so you will be seeing it very soon! This stamps is a “Littles” stamp, so it is a ready made scene with Mr Raccoon in front of the tree. The sizing is a little different to the tree in the Little Bits stamp set shown above. This “Littles” version is a bit smaller.

Adorable, no? Loved colouring that tree and I’m thinking of all sorts of scene possibilities with both this and the Little Bits set.
