Make it Crafty Fiery Baby Dragon Card & Video - www.markergeek.com

It has been a while, but finally I have found the motivation/energy to deal with digging out and setting up my video camera! Last weekend I decided to play and shoot a little video for you which I’m sharing in today’s post. The video is a little under ten minutes long and there is no commentary, just colouring. I will be sharing more videos in future, so if you enjoy watching them make sure you subscribe!

I hope you’ll enjoy taking a little glimpse at how I coloured the sweet little dragon image from Make it Crafty. I have a card and Copic Marker Colour Palette to share as well, so read on for the fun stuff!

Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps Challenge & Preview Day 3

It’s the third day of Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps release previews AND the usual Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps challenge!  I’m particularly excited about today’s post as I am IN LOVE with Annie’s new designs, especially the one I’ve used on my card today which is based on a piece of Annie’s existing artwork.

The new stamps will be available to order on Sunday November 20th from Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps in Canada or in the UK/Europe from Quixotic Paperie!

The latest Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps challenge is a fab sketch, so make sure you pop on over to the challenge blog to check out the rest of the inspiration from the Krafty Girls, and join in for a chance to win some Kraftin’ Kimmie goodies!

For an extra chance to win, make sure you comment on all the preview posts from the Krafty Girls today as two lucky crafters will win three of the new stamps illustrated by Annie Rodrigue!

So, with great pleasure, I am introducing VOODOO LADY!  Absolutely LOVE her.  This image is so me, and is everything I love about Annie’s work.  Colouring her was a lot of fun.  I actually created a quick video to show the colouring process, and you can find that below along with full details on the marker colours used.

Definitely an image to have lots of fun with.

The image was coloured with ShinHan Touch Twin markers on Make it Colour Blending Card.  The designer papers are a mix of My Mind’s Eye All is Beautiful and Echo Park Apothecary.  The fab sentiment comes with the image stamp.  The chipboard corners are from a Make it Crafty Lasercut Chipboard pack and I coloured them with a black Touch Twin Marker and added some sparkle with a clear glitter pen.

*Scroll down or click >HERE< for my Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps preview/challenge post!*

Throughout the month, Kristy from Some Odd Girl has been celebrating her birthday with a series of fun guest tutorial posts on her blog – The Odd Girl.  Today it’s my turn, and I’m sharing a few colouring videos showing the Touch Twin Markers in action!

Once again, Happy Birthday to Kristy, and a big thank you for asking me to join in the celebrations!  It has been so much fun getting to know Kristy over the past months, both personally and as a UK stockist for the Some Odd Girl clear stamp range, and am looking forward to more fun with Kristy and her fab range of stamps in future!

Here’s a little peek at the card I created:
