Tammy Tutterow shared a beautiful free colouring page recently on her blog, and I spent some time at the weekend relaxing with my markers and an audiobook in the background. Click through to see the results!
Colouring Therapy Posts:
I usually save my colouring book or colouring page posts for the weekends, but this week I’ve been a little under the weather and unable to complete any of my usual tutorial posts, so today is a fun exception! Tammy Tutterow Colouring Page:
Tammy’s colouring pages are available to purchase via her Tammy Tutterow Etsy Shop *, and can also be found in the Annie’s Coloring Pages book* but she does also generously provide freebies on her blog from time to time. Today’s page is one of those freebies. You can find the free pages here: Tammy Tutterow Colouring Pages.
I printed the page on printed on Make it Colour Blending card using my Canon Pixma Printer UK Link*/US link*. I coloured the page using Copic Markers UK link*/US link*.
When I had finished colouring I decided to add a little extra interest, so I glittered the border and other elements of the page using a combination of Copic atyou Spica glitter pens UK Link* / US Link* and a Sakura Gelly Roll pen in white UK Link* / US Link*. I’ve been practicing this technique recently, after meaning to try it for some time! One of my favourite artists on Instagram uses it to wonderful effect in his artwork – Maxx Stephen. He has some videos on YouTube which I’ve added to a playlist: Maxx Stephen Art Videos.
