Wednesday, again!  Madness!  Of course, that also means it’s time for another Quixotic Challenge!

This week is an extra special challenge as we have one of my favourite bloggers joining us as a guest, and the DT are all using her gorgeous stamps for the challenge!  Yes, that’s right, the fabulous Amy Young is joining in with us this week along with her Sweet November DT, and we’re all showing off her fairy images!

The theme is “I Believe In Fairies”, and all you need to do to join in is use fairies in some way on your project!

This month’s prize, to be drawn on the first Wednesday of March, will be one stamp of your choice from Amy’s Sweet November collection (available HERE), and a fabulous assortment pack of charms, pearls and pins  (approximate total value: £15.00).  So you will definitely want to hop on over to the Quixotic Challenge blog and play along!

I’ve used one of Amy’s latest designs for my card today.

Isn’t she gorgeous?  I fell in love with this fairy when Amy first posted her back in November, and then all over again when Amy posted her release previews.  Her name is Ginger and she’s available HERE at Quixotic Paperie.

I’ve coloured her with Copics:

Skin: E000, E00, E11, R02, R20 Hair: E50, Y21, Y32 Dress: YR61, YR65, YR68 Wings: B0000, B00, B02

Her wings have been covered in Shimmerz Blingz “Pixie Dust” (available HERE) for some sparkle.

The papers are My Mind’s Eye “Pretty Please” available HERE.  The flower is one of the diecuts from the accessory sheet, and I’ve popped a 4mm flat backed pearl in the center (Dusky Rose available HERE).  My Bazzill Jewel Templates (available HERE) have come out again, and I’ve used both the Borders and Flowers and Flourishes templates to apply the self adhesive crystals (available HERE). The letters are American Crafts Thickers, a product range I’ve recently fallen in love with!

So that’s it from me!  I hope you will pop over to the Quixotic Challenges blog and check out the gorgeous creations from the rest of the DT and our special guests!
