As I’m getting more organised, I thought it was about time I started joining in with all the fantastic challenges more regularly.  Since the Whiff of Joy challenge this week is to use charms, I couldn’t very well let that one go past without playing along!  And the sketch on Friday Sketchers this week really grabbed me, so here we are!

Would you believe, I have had this stamp since release, and this is the first time he has been inked up?  Terrible!

Whiff of Joy - Good Luck Charlie Card

Charlie has been coloured with Copic Markers, and as usual you will find the list at the end of this post.

Whiff of Joy - Good Luck Charlie Card Inside

At first I had planned to use three thin ribbons for the top part of the sketch, but then I reached for the lovely natural twine I just received some stock of today.  It looks fab, and threads through buttons and charms perfectly.  You can find it over on Quixotic Paperie now.

The charm I have used is a 4 Leaf Clover charm, available from Quixotic Paperie.  I have attached it by threading some of the twine through and tying it around the ribbon detail.  Quick and easy!

The buttons used are also from the shop, and are from the Vintage pack.  These mixed packs are a great way to build a button collection, or indeed add to an existing one!  They contain a variety of sizes, shapes and colours, so there’s lots of selection for your projects within each pack.

Also available in the webshop now are jump rings, both silverplated and goldplated, in 5mm and 8mm sizes.  Chain will be added to the shop as soon as it arrives here.

Thank you all for your comments on my recent posts, they are much appreciated.  I am trying to get around and visit everyone, so bear with me!

Don’t forget to comment on my blog candy post for the chance to win.  Closes at midnight on 14th June!
