Today is Quixotic Paperie’s 1st Anniversary! I can hardly believe it has been a whole year since I opened the website, and what a year it has been!
Myself, the Quixotic Paperie Design Team and some wonderful crafty friends are having a celebratory blog hop to mark the occasion. I’m the final stop on the big hop, so if you are just joining us, hop over to the QUIXOTIC PAPERIE STORE BLOG and start at the beginning! You won’t want to miss a stop on this hop as there are some fantastic prizes up for grabs!
I started Quixotic Paperie on June 1st 2009, as a way to take my passion for crafting further. Over the past year with lots of support and encouragement from friends and family, the store has grown, and now stocks a fabulous range of rubber stamps from around the world: The Greeting Farm, Kraftin’ Kimmie Stamps, SCACD Stamps, Paper Makeup Stamps, Belles ‘n Whistles, the Mo Manning for Stamping Bella range, Stempelglede and more! In addition, the store carries a large range of charms and embellishments, and a host of gorgeous papers for all your crafty projects! Basically, if I love it, you will probably find it at Quixotic Paperie!
In November 2009 the Quixotic Challenges blog was started, where you can find weekly inspiration from the wonderful Quixotic Paperie Design Team, and join in for the chance to win a monthly prize.
It has truly been a fabulous and wonderfully crafty year and here’s to another one and hopefully many more to follow!

I have been itching to get some of the Wild Sprouts from the awesome TGF Roll Call stamp kit all coloured up. Sooooo, I went a little mad and coloured SIX of them up for today’s project! The TGF Roll Call kit is now available for order again at Quixotic Paperie (our delivery is due this week). The last lot sold out pretty quickly, so be sure to grab one if you’ve got your eye on it!
All the images have been coloured with Copics. They all mostly use the same colours, so here’s the list:
Skin: E0000, E000, E00, E11, R20, R21, R22 Hair: E50, E51, E53, E35, B60, C3, C5, C8, C10 Outfits: B0000, B12, B14, B16, YG0000, YG23, YG25, RV00, RV21, RV23, RV25
The papers and ribbon are all Fancy Pants Designs “About A Girl” available HERE. Doodlebug stickers and rub-ons for the lettering.
